Once again, the NFL has been pushed into mandated mediation. This time, however, it is involving ex-players
and their suit against the league for not properly educating and protecting them from concussions. As you recall, the league has been through several rounds of mediation with the players in recent years (I previously blogged about it here
). The good news is that mediation has served to resolve the most recent disputes. Hopefully, the same will be true this time around so the judge will not have to rule on the league's pending motion to dismiss.
